Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a lesson or course is cancelled by Duke Language School. All new customers are advised to take a trial lesson before signing up for a course to ensure that the course aligns with the student's expectations.

Cancellation Policy

Group class absences are not eligible for a price reduction or refund. For private lessons, you are permitted 1 cancellation per 5 sessions booked. All cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations count as attended sessions.

ED Visa Eligibility

Daytime group classes and private lessons are eligible for ED (Education) Visa support. Online courses are not eligible. Contact the school for a letter of enrollment and documentation support once you have enrolled.
